If there are any errors on our part after the artwork proof for the job was accepted, www.ishwarprinters.in will send a replacement job with priority shipping at no charge to the customer. We do not offer any refund for the total amount, only a reprint of the same job. Though, in some case, www.ishwarprinters.in may offer a refund or voucher to the customer. Clients must follow these steps in order to get a reproduced job.
- All returns must be reported within 48 hours from the delivery time.
- Customers must attach 3 pictures/video of the damaged job or incorrect product(s).
- Customers must return the damaged job within 48 hours before they want a reproduced job.
Typically, a customer representative will respond within one/two business day and resolve the issue at hand. In some cases, www.ishwarprinters.in will ask for additional information related to the damaged job.
Refunds will be issued within 48 hours if the complaint is approved and customers wish to receive their refund in the same payment form used to purchase the job.
Customers only have to pay for shipping if they are returning an unused item, but they do not have to pay a restocking fee.
